1.13c 客户端保真度审计立项（基准快照：7bd1090 / main @ 77a20c7）

证据标记说明：V-data = 1.13c MPQ 数据表 (.txt / animdata.d2 / .tbl / pal.pl2)；V-src = D2MOO 逆向源码；V-bin = 1.13c DLL 反汇编；K = 1.13c 公认行为。

来源审计项：`hud#18` — [S3][F] 18. HUD 素材缺失时画色块，光标帧找不到时回退到其他帧

位置：src/client/ui/control-bar.ts:137-140（用 #1c1813 矩形代替 800CtrlPnl7）、:187-190（用 #241e16 代替 minipanel）；src/client/ui/belt.ts:64-69（popbelt 缺图时画框）、:92-95（药水缺图时画色块）；src/client/ui/cursor.ts:201-202（this.metadata[anim] ?? this.metadata.protate、?? this.metadata.protate[0]）、:254（没有图集时不画光标）；src/client/ui/hud-manager.ts:2613（cursorAtlas ?? cursorHand）
原版：不存在。素材缺失时原版会直接报错（K-高）。
影响：打包问题被占位图掩盖。globes.ts 缺图时会调用 reportMissingArt，处理方式正确。
建议：统一改为报错或调用 reportMissingArt，不要画占位图。
已有 issue：同类问题见 #540（世界中的 object / NPC），HUD 部分不在其中
