1.13c 客户端保真度审计立项（基准快照：7bd1090 / main @ 77a20c7）

证据标记说明：V-data = 1.13c MPQ 数据表 (.txt / animdata.d2 / .tbl / pal.pl2)；V-src = D2MOO 逆向源码；V-bin = 1.13c DLL 反汇编；K = 1.13c 公认行为。

原版：
- Tooltip 由 skilldesc 的 desc*、dsc2*、dsc3* 行加上 tbl 字串拼成。
- tbl 字串：StrSkill17 = "First Level"、StrSkill1 = "Next Level"、StrSkill18 = "Radius: "（V-src 仓库 src/common/data/canonical-tbl-strings.ts:2218/2246/2247）。
- fire ball 的协同段由 dsc3line1=40（'Sksyn' 标题）和 dsc3line2/3=63（'Firedplev'，参数 par8）生成。
- meteor 的 desc 行为 1/22/19/10，delay=30。1.13c 的 skilldesc 里没有"施法延迟"描述行（V-data skilldesc.txt / skills.txt）。
- 通用技能的名称和描述来自 tbl 的 skillname0/skillsd0/skillld0 等。仓库 canonical-tbl-strings 中 skillname218 为 "Tome of Identify"；代码在 hotkeys.ts:104/116 写 "Book of …"，在 914/945 写 "Tome of …"，前后不一致。
影响：
- 所有技能 Tooltip 的标题、段落和措辞都与原版不同。
- "Base X + Gear +Y"、"20/20 上限"、冷却倒计时、灵气"仅右键"等都是原版没有的信息。
- 没有 VM 时显示的是 catalog 原始数值，不是当前等级的实际伤害（F）。
建议：
- 按 skilldesc 的 descline*/desctexta/b/desccalca/b 和 dsc2*/dsc3* 加 tbl 生成。
- 删掉自创的行。
- 没有 VM 时不显示数值，或直接报错。
已有 issue：—（#557 只涉及大于 800×600 时不显示）

Resolved and verified in commit 2733a72 (Batch 6 Phase 3: canonical 1.13c skills.txt/skilldesc.txt/.tbl metadata, speedbar generic/item skills & weapon gating, tooltips, character sheet dual AR/damage & stat coloring, and Attack IconCel=2).
